The Felicita Square kettle is everything you need for perfect pour-over brewing. It has a variable temperature control, a temperature control function and a perfectly designed slender pouring spout. We were very impressed with the balance and feel of the kettle when we tried it; it really should allow for some very precise pouring. All of this comes in a striking, minimalist package with an easy to use interface. Perhaps best of all, it comes in at a relatively low price for this type of kettle.
